Pricing questions.
Why isn’t a processing rate printed here?
Because it depends on the business. Card-network costs vary by card type, average order and category, and quoting one number for every business would mean quoting too high for most of them. Your rate is in your agreement before you sign, and it does not change after onboarding without notice.
When am I billed?
The platform fee on the day of the month you went live, in advance. Usage fees at the end of each month, with an itemized statement. Processing fees are deducted from each payout.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from the dashboard or by contacting support. It takes effect at the end of the billing period and we confirm it by email. See the refund and cancellation policy.
What shows on my statement?
The statement descriptor is printed on every invoice and on the refund and cancellation policy.
- 1.Processing rates are quoted per business after review and written into the service agreement. Card-network and bank fees are included in the quoted rate.
- 2.The platform fee is billed monthly in advance and prorated for a partial first month.
- 3.Recovery texts priced as a share of recovered sales count only orders placed by a texted shopper within the attribution window stated in the agreement; refunded orders are excluded.
