Trustfac aims to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA on this website and in the platform dashboard. This page says what is in place and how to report something that doesn't work for you.

What is in place

• Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus ring and a skip link to the main content.
• Text and controls meet a 4.5:1 contrast ratio against their background; large text and icons meet 3:1.
• Form fields have visible labels, errors are announced and described next to the field, and nothing is submitted by a timed action.
• Interactive demos pace their content but never hide it; with reduced-motion turned on, nothing animates.
• Pages work at 400% zoom and at 320px wide without horizontal scrolling.
• Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative ones are hidden from assistive technology.

Known limits

The hosted card fields at checkout are provided by our vault provider. We test them with screen readers on each release, but their markup is not ours to change. Tell us if one gives you trouble and we will raise it.
